1. About Vakahub

Vakahub is operated by Vakahub (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Zimbabwe. Vakahub is a lead-generation marketplace that connects customers with verified contractors and material suppliers. By accessing or using Vakahub you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What Vakahub does — and does not do

Vakahub introduces customers to contractors and suppliers. We are not a party to any agreement, quote or contract formed between a customer and a pro. We do not handle, hold, escrow or process payment for any job or material order between customers and pros.

Quotes, scope, pricing, workmanship, timelines and delivery are agreed and fulfilled directly between the customer and the pro. Vakahub does not guarantee any outcome and is not liable for the acts or omissions of any user.

3. Accounts and verification

Posting a job is free for customers. Contractors and suppliers subscribe to receive and unlock leads. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Pros may be asked to provide a national ID, trade licence or business registration for verification. Submitting false documents or impersonating another person or business will result in suspension.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including scraping, posting unlawful or fraudulent content, circumventing the lead system, harassing other users, or attempting to gain unauthorised access. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

5. Subscriptions and fees

Contractor and supplier subscriptions are billed in advance for the stated period. Plans do not auto-renew unless you choose to renew. Fees for digital lead access are non-refundable once leads have been unlocked, except where required by law.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vakahub is provided "as is". Vakahub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any dispute, defect or loss arising from work or materials arranged between users.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Questions about these terms can be raised through the help centre.
